Two dimensional ferroelectric materials for brain-inspired computing
Exploring new frontiers in neuromorphic computing
2DFERROPLEX pioneers brain-inspired computing by using two-dimensional ferroelectric materials to create ultra-fast, energy-efficient optical components. By enabling information processing at the speed of light, the project paves the way for developing the building blocks of the next-generation of neuromorphic systems and aims to build the world’s first optical artificial neuron.
